We are hiring Customer Care Representatives (CSR) that will be supporting Health Insurance programs. We would LOVE to speak with you about these opportunities! \*Military veterans encouraged to apply.
Essential Job Duties – The CSR functions as a primary resource in handling customer contacts.
* Answers phones and researches inquiries.
* Researches and documents/updates databases.
* Provides information to internal and external customers.
* Regenerates copies of pertinent correspondence.
* Operates personal computers, printers, fax machines, telephones, copy machines and other commonly used office accessories/equipment.
* Performs other related duties as assigned
* High School Diploma or GED
* Customer service experience, insurance or medical experience preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization and multi-tasking skills.
* Ability to read, comprehend and explain in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
* Strong PC skills including MS Word and Excel, and Lotus Notes. Able to write clear and concise notes.
* Required to maintain established work pace, meet deadlines; may have last minute urgent requests.
