Immediate opening for a sharp, creative, customer service driven, salary-based, multi-talented administrative/marketing type person for Client Relations Specialist at a Florida mortgage branch.

Do you enjoy talking on the phone, designing and implementing fun mailers/e-mails, event planning, social media marketing, website building, and business to business relationship building? If so, the Client Relations Specialist position may be the perfect job for a you!

A busy, but fun-oriented mortgage branch is looking for someone to manage and implement all of our various marketing campaigns. A great attitude, hard work ethic and creative mind is required. Do not be concerned about knowledge level of the mortgage industry – we will train. More important is the overall approach to taking the bull by the horns and supercharging the marketing for the branch.

A typical day looks like this:

  • 9:00-12:00: Inside phone calls to schedule appointments, update clients, call clients and referral partners for friendly follow up.
  • 1:00-2:30: Develop, create and carry through mailers to clients
  • 2:30-5:00: Compile and execute business to business events/campaigns, social media campaigns and other online presence activities.

This position requires a well-rounded individual who is not only creative, but has no problem speaking on the phone for a minimum of 3 hours a day. Must have impeccable communication skills. Past experience as a client relations manager, customer service manager and/or sales preferred. This is a remote/virtual position, so you must have high speed internet and personal computer.
